About the Role: As a Career Development Specialist/Sales Specialist at Simplilearn, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, engaging with potential learners and helping them achieve their career goals through Simplilearn's world-class training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert leads generated through various marketing channels into sales.
  • Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales strategies to meet assigned targets.
  • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities with existing customers.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to optimize the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 6 months to 4 years of experience Inside Sales with outbound calling
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
