Responsibilities

• Teach web development / career-skills cohorts
• Create curriculum, exercises and projects
• Review student code and mentor 1:1
• Run mock interviews and placement prep
• Track cohort progress and outcomes

Requirements

• 3+ years industry experience in your subject
• Prior teaching/mentoring experience preferred
• Excellent communication in English + Bengali/Hindi
• Passion for student outcomes over lecture hours
