Career Development Executive

Location: Mumbai (Goregaon Thane & Chembur) | Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: Up to 66.5 LPA (CTC + Incentives)

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Career Development Executive (CDE) to guide prospective learners in selecting programs that align with their career goals. You will play a key role in counseling, lead conversion, and building long-term relationships with students and professionals.

• Counsel students and working professionals on career growth and suitable programs.
• Handle inbound and outbound inquiries generated through marketing campaigns.
• Convert leads into enrollments by explaining course benefits and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and follow up consistently.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
• Collaborate with operations and academic teams for smooth onboarding.
• Participate in webinars, events, and seminars to engage prospective learners.
  

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• 05 years of experience in sales, education counseling, or business development.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and persuasive personality.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
