This is a full-time, on-site Career Counselor role, based in Mumbai. The Career Counselor will guide students in their career development and decision-making processes. Responsibilities include providing personalized career counseling, assisting students in creating career plans, offering advice on educational and professional pathways, and supporting students as they navigate challenges related to academic and career choices. The Career Counselor will also collaborate with team members to improve career services and ensure student success.

• Expertise in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
• Experience in Student Counseling and providing personalized career guidance
• Strong Communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students
• An empathetic and approachable attitude to support diverse student needs
• Knowledge of current trends in education and the international finance and accounting industry is a plus
• Experience in the education or counseling sector is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field
