Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one and group career counseling sessions using psychometric and competency-based assessment outputs to create personalised career plans.
- Advise students and young professionals on course and institution selection, admission processes, and international study pathways to maximise outcomes.
- Design and deliver employability workshops: resume optimisation, interview preparation, and sector-specific career pathways.
- Maintain and update candidate profiles and counseling notes in CRM; track progress and follow-up actions to ensure placement readiness.
- Collaborate with academic partners, trainers, and placement teams to align counselling interventions with employer expectations and hiring trends.
- Measure counseling effectiveness through outcome metrics, iterate on guidance frameworks, and contribute to continuous improvement of service offerings.
