Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Career Counselor based in Coimbatore. The Career Counselor will assist students by providing personalized career advice, conducting career development sessions, and guiding students in making educational and career-related decisions. Key responsibilities include assessing student strengths and aspirations, offering tailored counseling, supporting career planning and management, and collaborating with other educational professionals to ensure student success.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
• Proficiency in Student Counseling and the ability to address their educational and career-related concerns
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and institutions
• Understanding of overseas education systems and student visa processes is a plus
• Prior experience in educational consulting, counseling, or related fields is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field
