Job Role- Program Advisor 

Working Day- 6 Days Working

Location - Mumbai -Andheri MIDC 

Interview Round - Only 1 round (F2F)

This role involves guiding working professionals (mid , senior to High level) on executive education programs. You will talk to them, understand their career goals, and help them choose the right course while also driving enrolments.Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

• Talk to professionals to understand their career needs and suggest suitable education programs.
• Encourage and help candidates to enroll, working towards meeting enrollment targets.
• Call around 100–120 professionals daily and follow up regularly until the process is complete.
• Schedule calls and appointments and keep all information updated in the CRM.
• Give clear and correct information about programs and guide candidates in making decisions.
• Follow company processes, attend trainings, and support the team in reaching their goals

Skills Required -

Strong communication & convincing skills

Good listener with a consultative approach

Experience in sales / education / Edtech /Inside sales /B2C Sales

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
