Career Counselor

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Career Counselor located in Hyderabad. The Career Counselor will be responsible for guiding students in career planning, development, and decision-making. Core responsibilities include providing personalized student counseling, conducting career development workshops, and supporting students in setting and achieving academic and career goals. Additionally, the role involves fostering strong communication channels with students to encourage self-discovery and positive growth.

• Strong expertise in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
• Experience in Student Counseling and providing tailored guidance
• Excellent Communication skills to actively engage with students, parents, and faculty
• Knowledge of educational trends, career pathways, and global opportunities
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or relevant fields
• Empathy, patience, and the ability to inspire confidence in students
