Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Career Counselor position based in Trivandrum. The Career Counselor will work closely with students to provide tailored guidance and support for their academic and career goals, including exploring study abroad opportunities. Daily tasks include assessing student profiles, offering career development advice, providing counseling services, coordinating with educational institutions, and maintaining communication with students to ensure they are on the right path toward achieving their objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management for guiding students effectively.
• Experience in Student Counseling, with the ability to understand and address individual student needs.
• Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation, to ensure seamless interactions with students and institutions.
• Familiarity with international education systems, particularly in the UK, Germany, and Canada, is an added advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple student cases simultaneously.
• Empathy and a student-centric approach to build trust and provide personalized guidance.
