Job Title: Learner Success Manager (Career Services)

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Workdays and Timings- Rotational Week offs (10 am- 7:30 pm)

Responsibilities:

Conduct regular one-on-one learner connect sessions to assess their career goals, aspirations,

and challenges.

Build and maintain strong relationships with learners, fostering trust and open communication.

Collaborate with learners to establish clear, actionable career objectives.

Recommend relevant certifications, technical skills, and upskilling opportunities based on

individual aspirations and market needs.

Provide tailored guidance on job searching, networking strategies, and interview preparation.

Support learners in overcoming obstacles and staying motivated throughout their career journey.

Leverage data insights to track learner progress and identify areas for improvement.

Assist learners in developing both technical and soft skills to meet industry demands.

Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the respective domain.

Share market insights, job opportunities, and growth areas with learners.

Maintain detailed records of learner interactions, progress, and outcomes.

Prepare and present analytical reports to highlight learner success stories and areas of focus.

Desired Profile:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, IT), Master's

preferred.

0.6- 1 year of manual outbound calling experience.

Being a Cyber-Security enthusiast is a plus.

Proven track record in business development or career counselling roles.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on relationship building.

Empathy and a learner-centric approach to mentorship.

Familiarity with career development resources and tools.
