Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Counselor based in Chandigarh. The Career Counselor will be responsible for providing career counseling and guidance to students, assisting in career development and management, and offering support in student counseling. Effective communication skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management skills
• Student Counseling and Communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills
• Knowledge of different academic institutions and study-abroad processes
• Ability to assess students interests, skills, and goals for career planning
• Experience in conducting workshops and seminars on career-related topics
• A genuine passion for helping students succeed in their academic and career endeavors
• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or related field is preferred
