About the Role
Provide expert academic counseling to prospective students and parents, bridging the gap between student aspirations and university programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the conversion process from initial enquiry to final enrollment, ensuring a high-quality student experience.
- Master and manage the University ERP system to track lead status, manage documentation, and generate performance analytics.
- Mentor junior counselors and contribute to the overall recruitment strategy of the Admission Cell.
- Stay deeply informed on course specializations to provide accurate, high-level guidance.
Qualifications
- 35 years of experience in University Admissions, Career Counseling, or high-value EdTech sales.
- Advanced experience in using ERP or CRM platforms for data-driven recruitment.
- Familiarity with the higher education landscape and multidisciplinary global education trends.
- Fluency in English.
- Graduate or Post-graduate in any discipline.
