99% Inside Sales & 1% Outdoor Meetings

Calling on the leads and pitching them regarding the course he/she is looking forward for.

Cross Selling & Up selling

Need generation through cold calling & scheduling an appointment with the prospective leads

Meeting & counselling the prospects that are mostly working executives & corporate professional from various industries.

Achieving enrolment targets (End to End Sales)

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Student Counseling, Career Counseling, and Academic Advising
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of education systems and the ability to guide students in academic planning

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently
  • Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Prior experience in academic advising, counseling, or a related role is a bonus
