Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Career Counselor located in Chennai. The Career Counselor will guide students in identifying career paths and assist them in making informed education-related decisions. Responsibilities include conducting one-on-one career counseling sessions, providing support for career development and management, offering tailored advice, and addressing student concerns effectively. The role involves engaging communication with students to help them achieve their academic and professional goals.
Qualifications
- Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management skills
- Student Counseling experience and the ability to address diverse educational needs
- Strong Communication skills for effective and empathetic interaction with students
- Ability to stay updated with industry trends and provide relevant guidance
- Educational background in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the design or media education sector is an advantage
