Role Description The Career Counselor role at HR TEAM is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Career Counselor will meet with students and professionals to assess their interests, skills, and career goals, and provide individualized counseling sessions. Daily responsibilities include conducting career assessments, guiding clients on education and training options, supporting job search strategies, and helping with resumes, interview preparation, and career planning. The role involves maintaining accurate counseling records, coordinating with educational institutions or employers when needed, and contributing to workshops, seminars, and other career development initiatives. The Career Counselor will collaborate with internal teams to improve counseling processes and ensure a high standard of client service.

Qualifications

Ability to provide effective guidance in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management.
Experience supporting learners through Student Counseling and academic/career transitions.
Strong Communication skills, including active listening, clear spoken and written communication, and empathetic interaction.
Bachelor's or master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
Prior experience in career services, academic advising, HR, or a similar counseling environment is preferred.
Competence in using basic office software and online tools for assessments, documentation, and virtual resources.
Ability to work with diverse backgrounds in a non-judgmental, inclusive, and ethics-driven manner.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
