About Upspir

Upspir is a startup helping organizations onboard trained candidates for technical roles. We connect with freshers for entry level posiiton and prepare them for the opening in our partner organization. We are bootstrap company located in Vasundhara, Ghaziabad.

You will working closely with the management in enrolling students in career success placement training programs from our partner organization Upspir.

Your roles and responsibilities include

• Lead the sales process, establish contact, call and meet prospective students
• Be the first point of contact for all sales-related queries and communication 
• Counsel and explain course details to new students and parents, provide guidance to students and parents on career decisions
• Give presentation to prospective clients in education sector like colleges and universities
• Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations 
• Prepare and maintain a master database of all prospects and their contacts 
• Responsible for day-to-day activities of center, coordinating lectures between trainers and students 

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate with 1–2 years experience in education counselling, admissions, sales, or business development.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with calling, counselling students/parents, lead conversion,
• Organized and able to manage follow-ups, databases, and basic center coordination.
• May be involved in college visits and events.
