Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Career Counselor role based in Noida. The Career Counselor will provide guidance and support to students, assisting them in career planning and decision-making. Responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, evaluating students skills and aspirations, developing tailored career plans, and providing resourceful information about job markets, career paths, and educational opportunities. Collaboration with educational institutions, maintaining updated career materials, and ensuring a high level of student satisfaction will be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
  • Experience in Student Counseling and providing guidance for personal and professional growth
  • Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse individuals
  • Proven ability to assess individual strengths and align them with career paths
  • Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple student cases effectively
  • Knowledge of current job market trends and educational opportunities
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Certifications in career counseling or coaching are an advantage
