Role Overview
As an Academic Counsellor, you will be responsible for advising students on MBBS opportunities in Poland, handling inquiries, and supporting them throughout the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students for MBBS in Poland programs
- Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
- Explain admission process, eligibility, and university options
- Guide students on documentation and visa procedures
- Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments
- Maintain student records and CRM
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
- 1–3 years experience in counselling or sales preferred
- Knowledge of study abroad or MBBS programs is an advantage
- Target-oriented and confident personality
