Role Summary:

The Student Success Manager (Counsellor) will be responsible for managing the complete student journey — from counselling and university applications to visa processing and enrollment. The role requires strong counselling skills, student relationship management, and a target-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students regarding overseas education opportunities
• Guide students through applications, admissions, and visa processes
• Handle end-to-end student recruitment cycle
• Support students for destinations such as Germany, Ireland, France, Italy, etc.
• Coordinate with universities, embassies, and internal teams
• Maintain student records and follow-up activities
• Build strong relationships with students and parents
• Achieve enrollment and conversion targets

Eligibility:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of relevant experience in Overseas Education/Study Abroad
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
