Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Career Counselor role at our Bhubaneswar location. The Career Counselor will provide one-on-one guidance to students, assisting them in identifying suitable academic and career paths. Key responsibilities include offering career planning sessions, counseling students on academic and professional opportunities, developing personalized strategies for career growth, and supporting students through the application and admission process to international institutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management to guide students in making informed decisions about their future.
  • Experience in Student Counseling and providing personalized advice to support students academic and professional growth.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to articulate ideas clearly, listen attentively, and build rapport with students and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in organizational skills and attention to detail for managing applications, program matching, and documentation processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for mentoring and supporting students.
  • Familiarity with international education systems and admission processes is highly desirable.
