Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Career Counselor located in Bhubaneswar. The Career Counselor will provide one-on-one guidance to students, including offering personalized advice on career opportunities, academic options, and skill development. Responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, exploring educational and career pathways, facilitating application processes, and assisting with scholarship and visa applications. The Career Counselor will also act as a mentor, helping students build self-confidence and make informed decisions regarding their career goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
- Experience in Student Counseling and providing personalized educational guidance
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build rapport with students and provide motivational support
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in education consulting or career counseling roles is a plus
- Commitment to fostering personal and professional growth for students
