Job Description: (End to End Sales)
Connect with prospective students (working professionals) through calls, video counselling, and follow-ups using CRM tools (Leadsquared).
Make 80+ outbound/inbound calls per day to leads provided by the company
Understand the learner's career goals, experience, and skill gaps to recommend suitable programs.
Explain program details, university partnerships, curriculum, fees, and career benefits clearly.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from enquiry to enrolment.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrolment targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and enrolment processes.
