The ideal candidate will understand students career aspirations, explain our programs, answer their questions, and help them throughout the enrollment and onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and job seekers regarding internship and training programs.
- Understand candidates educational background, career goals, and skill development needs.
- Explain program structure, curriculum, duration, fees, certifications, internship benefits, and career opportunities.
- Handle inquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with prospective candidates and nurture leads to maximize admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, admissions, and candidate interactions in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the HR, Training, and Operations teams to ensure a smooth admission and onboarding experience.
- Achieve monthly counseling, admission, and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents by providing timely guidance and support.
- Resolve candidate queries professionally and ensure an excellent counseling experience.
