Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Counsellor located in Noida. The Career Counsellor will be responsible for guiding students and professionals in their career planning and decision-making processes. Key responsibilities include conducting individual career counseling sessions, advising on skill development and career growth strategies, researching and analyzing job market trends, and assisting individuals in identifying career opportunities that align with their goals. Collaboration with internal teams to enhance the student counseling experience will also be an essential part of the role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
• Skills in Student Counseling and guiding individuals toward achieving their professional goals
• Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with individuals and groups
• Ability to analyze job market trends and provide strategic career advice
• Proven organizational and interpersonal skills for working collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Familiarity with EdTech or similar industry is a plus
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
• Experience in career advising or counseling roles is an advantage
