Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all student/client enquiries via phone or direct interaction
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information about courses and potential career paths
  • Guide clients in setting realistic and personalized career goals
  • Handle both inbound and outbound calls effectively
  • Address inquiries, manage complaints, and troubleshoot service-related issues
  • Research relevant information using available internal tools and resources
  • Update and maintain detailed records of all client interactions in CRM on a daily basis
  • Escalate unresolved or critical issues to the management team in a timely manner
  • Identify customer call trends and notify management for appropriate action
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure resolution and maintain engagement
  • Upsell relevant educational services and products wherever appropriate
  • Accurately communicate course details and other key information provided by the management team
  • Support administrative functions linked to leads or references shared by the management
  • Participate in organization-wide initiatives, campaigns, and events as needed
