Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Career Counseling Specialist based in Gurugram. The position involves guiding individuals in identifying career goals and paths, developing personalized career plans, and providing coaching or training on communication and professional skills. Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, organizing workshops, assisting in career-related decision-making, and providing resources to help candidates make informed career choices. The Career Counseling Specialist will work closely with individuals to enhance their career development and employability.

• Experience in providing Training and Coaching
• Ability to facilitate workshops and deliver engaging presentations
• Empathy, active listening abilities, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree or ongoing studies in Counseling, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
• Experience or strong interest in career guidance or education sectors is a plus
