Position: Career Advisor

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (US Shift)

Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Career Advisor to work closely with bench consultants and support their placement in the U.S. market. The ideal candidate will guide consultants, enhance their marketability, coordinate with the Bench Sales team, and help achieve successful placements.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for bench consultants.

Understand consultants skills, experience, visa status, and career goals.

Review and optimize consultant resumes based on market demand.

Provide guidance on profile positioning and job market trends.

Coordinate with Bench Sales Recruiters regarding consultant submissions and opportunities.

Track consultant interviews, feedback, and placement progress.

Maintain accurate consultant records and databases.

Assist consultants in preparing for client interviews.

Ensure timely communication and follow-up with consultants.

Build strong professional relationships to improve consultant retention and engagement.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.

Understanding of the US staffing and Bench Sales process.

Resume formatting and profile marketing knowledge.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple consultants simultaneously.

Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ATS tools.

Preferred Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in Bench Sales, US Staffing, Career Counseling, or Consultant Relations.

Familiarity with US work authorizations (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC).

Experience working with IT consultants is preferred.
