We are looking for career counseling experts as business partners.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Career Counseling and Career Development to assess client needs and design effective growth pathways.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to conduct clear, empathetic, and structured remote counseling sessions, to connect with schools and colleges for running workshops.
Candidates should possess Training and Coaching skills to facilitate skill-building, professional development, and goal achievement for a team of 5 to 10 members.
Relevant experience in academic advising, talent development, HR, or professional coaching is beneficial.
Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting, manage multiple clients, and maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
Familiarity with global education and career trends, especially in business, digital transformation, and international trade, is an advantage.
Bachelor's or master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Human Resources, Education, or a related field preferred; relevant certifications in career counseling or coaching are a plus
