Salary: 35,000 45,000 per month (INR) + Incentives (Up to 100% of salary on target

Job Overview

We are hiring experienced Career Counsellors with a strong background in EdTech and IT training

sales. The role primarily involves pitching and selling career-oriented IT certification and

professional training courses to students and working professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Pitch and promote IT training and certification courses such as SAP, Salesforce, Oracle,

Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, and other IT programs

Counsel students and working professionals on suitable IT career paths and training options

Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails

Understand learner requirements and map them with appropriate IT courses

Effectively explain course curriculum, certifications, career outcomes, and placement support

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrolment and revenue targets

Handle objections related to course fees, duration, and career outcomes and close enrollments

Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM

Coordinate with internal academic and operations teams for smooth student onboarding

Mandatory Requirements

24 years of experience in EdTech counselling or IT training sales

Prior experience with Selling any education course

Proven experience in selling IT / ERP training courses like SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft

Dynamics, Workday, or similar programs (Preferrd)
