Job Details:

a. Designation: Career Coach

b. Experience : 2-4 years in the study abroad business

Job Duties :

a. Make cold calls to clients for leads generated through Online or Offline channels. Call clients to the office for face-to-face meetings or set up online calls with students and their parents.

b. Collect all basic information from students, such as academics, language, budget, etc.

c. Coordinating and handshaking with the processing team for all documents processing with the University

d. Follow up with the student regarding all documents, university payments, the interview (not preparation), and visa documents.

e. Prior experience counseling in Australia or the UK will be preferred. All product trainings will provide all product training.

f. Should have a good command of Hindi and English.

g, Basic knowledge of Excel along with AI skills.

h. Age < 25 years.

Salary :

Upto 5 lpa
