This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Career Advisor. The Career Advisor will work closely with students, guiding them in making informed educational and professional decisions. Responsibilities include providing personalized career counseling, supporting career development planning, conducting career management sessions, addressing student queries, and helping candidates achieve their professional goals by aligning their aspirations with suitable programs.

• Proficiency in Career Counseling, Student Counseling, and providing tailored guidance based on individual needs and goals
• Strong expertise in Career Development and Career Management, with the ability to design plans and resources to support personal and professional growth
• Exceptional Communication skills, including active listening, clear articulation, and the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals
• Proactive and empathetic approach to mentoring and coaching
• Prior experience in an educational or counseling role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or a related field is preferred
