Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Care Officer based in North 24 Parganas , Asansol and Malda. The Care Officer will be responsible for revenue generation through customer registration and manage elder care services, ensuring timely and high-quality support for clients. Responsibilities include coordinating emergency and ambulance services, overseeing hospital admission and discharge processes, managing home nursing and caregiver operations, and facilitating medical equipment setups. The role also involves regular communication with families, service providers, and healthcare professionals to ensure personalized and efficient care delivery for seniors.
Qualifications
- Higher Secondary / Graduate
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills to manage elder care services and respond effectively during emergencies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and caregivers.
- Knowledge of healthcare practices, emergency protocols, and elder care requirements.
- Experience in patient management, caregiver supervision, and client relationship management is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site full-time in North 24 Parganas with a focus on providing empathic, patient-centered care.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, Social Work, or related field is a plus.
