Care Experience Manager

We're hiring: Care Experience Manager @ Marbles Health — Gurugram

Marbles Health is a brain healthcare company redefining standards of care across psychiatry and neurology. It's flagship product EASE, is India's first medically licensed portable neuromodulation system, delivering safer, more effective medical care for conditions ranging from depression, anxiety, and addiction to aphasia, cognitive decline, ADHD, OCD.

This isn't a coordination role. It's a care leadership role.

You'll own the full patient journey — from first contact to final assessment — while managing the Patient Care Specialists team on the ground.

What you'll do:

→ Own the end-to-end patient lifecycle: intake, sessions, final report

→ Be the primary support contact across WhatsApp and clinic touchpoints

→ Manage and enable the Patient Care Specialists team daily

→ Maintain airtight records and data integrity across patient tracking

What you bring:

→ Experience with Management of On ground staff

→ Exceptional empathy — you lead with the patient, always

→ Strong English and Hindi communication

→ On-your-feet problem solving — solve first, escalate later

✦ <1% reporting errors

✦ Zero patient journeys that feel unsupported
