Job Description: Care Captain Help Desk

  • Location: Bangalore
  • About the Role:

The Care Captain will be stationed at a MediBuddy partner hospital, providing real-time assistance to patients who have booked appointments through the MediBuddy portal or app. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless experience for patients visiting the hospital and involves direct interaction with patients to address their needs and concerns.

  • Key Requirements & Responsibility's
  • Freshers or experienced candidates in helpdesk, customer care roles or similar service-oriented roles. are welcome.
  • Educational Qualification: A clinical/medical background is an advantage, but any graduation is acceptable.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes and technologies.
  • Strong communication skills with proficiency in English and Hindi are a must. Proficiency in regional languages is advantage.
  • Ability to upsell services effectively.
  • Understanding of the MediBuddy app and portal to assist users efficiently.
  • Strong relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
  • Polite and humble demeanour towards customers, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Proficient in escalation management skills to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office and adept at using email platforms such as Outlook, Gmail, or Live Mail.
  • Serve as a representative at the hospital help desk, providing support and guidance to patients.
  • Ensure daily targets are met for various parameters, including bookings, attendance, and report generation.
  • Assist patients with their queries and provide solutions promptly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with hospital staff to facilitate smooth operations and enhance patient experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and transactions.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance service quality.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure the overall success of the help desk operations.
