Description
We are seeking a skilled Cards Tester to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in software testing, specifically within the financial services or card processing industry. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our card products through rigorous testing and collaboration with development teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough testing of card products to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
- Identify, document, and track defects and issues throughout the testing process.
- Collaborate with product development teams to understand product requirements and specifications.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for card products.
- Perform regression testing to ensure that existing functionality remains unaffected by new updates or changes.
- Prepare and present detailed testing reports and summaries to stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in software testing, preferably in the financial services or card processing domain.
- Strong understanding of card payment systems and protocols (e.g., EMV, PCI-DSS).
- Proficient in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
- Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
