We are looking for passionate Learning Facilitators to deliver engaging, practical training in Carbon Reporting, Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Measurement, Sustainability Reporting, and Data Analytics. What you will do
Deliver practical carbon reporting & data analytics training
- Facilitate engaging instructor-led training sessions in both classroom and virtual environments.
- Deliver one or more courses across:
- Carbon Reporting
- Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Measurement
- Sustainability & ESG Reporting
- Data Analytics
- Business Intelligence
- Data Visualisation
- Lead hands-on workshops using real-world sustainability datasets, emissions inventories, dashboards, and business case studies.
- Demonstrate how data analytics can support carbon accounting, emissions reporting, ESG disclosures, and sustainability decision-making.
Develop learner capabilities
- Guide learners through practical exercises, assignments, and capstone projects.
- Coach learners in analysing emissions data, calculating carbon footprints, and presenting sustainability insights using industry tools.
- Adapt teaching approaches to suit learners with varying technical knowledge and professional experience.
- Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback that supports continuous improvement.
Drive learning excellence
- Ensure training delivery aligns with SSG/WSQ standards and adult learning best practices.
- Collaborate with curriculum developers to refine course content and improve learning outcomes.
- Keep learning materials current with evolving sustainability regulations, reporting standards, carbon accounting methodologies, and analytics tools.
What we look for
We are looking for experienced practitioners who combine technical expertise with a passion for teaching. Successful candidates typically have:
- ACTA or ACLP certification (or equivalent adult education qualification).
- Strong industry experience in Carbon Reporting, Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Accounting, Sustainability/ESG Reporting, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related fields.
- Experience preparing or supporting corporate carbon inventories, emissions reporting, sustainability reporting, or ESG initiatives.
- Hands-on proficiency in Power BI, Excel, SQL, Python and/or R for analysing and visualising sustainability and business data.
- Familiarity with carbon accounting methodologies and internationally recognised reporting frameworks such as:
- GHG Protocol
- ISSB
- GRI
- TCFD
- Experience delivering corporate training or adult learning programmes.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- The ability to simplify technical concepts into practical, business-focused learning experiences.
Candidates with the following experience will be highly regarded
- Delivering SkillsFuture-funded or WSQ-accredited programmes.
- Teaching adult learners or mid-career professionals.
- Experience as a lecturer, adjunct instructor, trainer, or corporate facilitator.
- Curriculum design or training content development.
- Experience facilitating workshops on Carbon Reporting, GHG Measurement, ESG Reporting, Sustainability Reporting, or Environmental Data Analytics.
- Knowledge of Singapore's sustainability landscape and corporate decarbonisation initiatives.
