This is a full-time on-site role located in Kanayannur for a Car Specialist. The Car Specialist will assist customers with selecting automotive parts, respond to inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle systems and components. The day-to-day responsibilities also include managing sales transactions, offering guidance on insurance options, and participating in product training to stay informed about the latest industry updates.

• Proven expertise in Automotive systems and components
• Strong Customer Service skills with an ability to address inquiries and build relationships
• Experience in Sales and knowledge of automotive-related Insurance policies
• Ability to participate in and benefit from hands-on Training programs
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer literacy to manage transactions and maintain records
• Experience in a similar role or in the automotive industry is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive certifications are a plus
