Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashik for a Car Salesperson. The Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting new and certified used cars that best meet their needs, conducting product demonstrations, and managing the end-to-end sales process. Other responsibilities include providing assistance with financing, insurance, trade-ins, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Meeting sales targets and staying updated on product knowledge will also be part of daily tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Retention skills with a proven ability to build long-term relationships
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills to effectively engage with diverse customers and team members
- Knowledge of Automotive Sales processes and customer purchase trends
- Experience in providing personalized customer service and solutions for a smooth sales experience
- Ability to meet sales targets, work in a fast-paced environment, and stay updated on market trends and automobile features
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Previous experience in the automobile industry is an advantage
