Car Park Supervisor

As a Car Park Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our parking facilities, ensuring safe, efficient, and customer-focused services while leading a team of attendants and supporting 24/7 airport operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support car park attendants, ensuring high performance and accountability.

• Manage daily parking operations, traffic flow, and equipment functionality.

• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer queries and concerns.

• Monitor safety, security, and compliance with airport policies and procedures.

• Oversee revenue-related activities, including payment machine operations and cash handling controls.

• Coordinate maintenance and repair of parking equipment and systems.

• Prepare operational reports and support incident management.

• Respond to emergencies and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.

Requirements:

• High School Certificate or Diploma (or equivalent).

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience, preferably within parking, transportation, hospitality, retail, or customer service operations.

• Valid UAE driving license.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• Proficiency in operational systems and reporting tools.
