Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kerala, India, for a Car Loans Executive at Mahindra Finance. The executive will be responsible for managing customer interactions, understanding their financial needs, explaining loan products, and assisting them in the loan application process. Key responsibilities include verifying customer documentation, evaluating loan applications, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships and meeting sales targets for car loans will also be a key focus of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial products, loan processing, and assessment procedures.
- Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail for verifying documentation and compliance with policies.
- Sales and negotiation skills to effectively meet and exceed car loan targets.
- Prior experience in financial service or related industry would be an advantage.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
