Car Loan Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote car loan products to prospective customers through direct sales and lead generation.
• Assist customers in completing loan applications and collecting necessary documentation.
• Assess customer eligibility by analyzing income, credit history, and repayment capacity.
• Explain loan terms, interest rates, repayment schedules, and other relevant details.
• Coordinate with credit and underwriting teams for timely loan approvals.
• Follow up with customers during the loan processing and disbursal stages.
• Maintain relationships with automobile dealers, brokers, and referral partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and lending regulations.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and loan applications.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 13 years of experience in car loan sales, banking, or finance.
• Strong understanding of car loan products and credit evaluation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Target-driven with good organizational skills.
