Job Description:
We are looking for an efficient Car Advisor/ Car Consultant/Auto Expert who has expertise in cars available in the Indian market and have an organizational level knowledge. Knowledge about the used car industry is a bonus. People/communication skills required to understand a buyer's problems and provide apt recommendation. Motivation to learn and constantly improve processes, operations & tools. Passion to be constantly updated with the automotive industry.
Requirements:
- Experienced in automobiles (Car Sales/ Service Advisor at Dealerships)
- Language: Hindi, English & Hinglish
- Microsoft Office – Excel. Word, PowerPoint.
- Knowledge about all cars under 50L is a must (Pros/Cons of vehicles, variant differentiation & more.
- Excellent organizational, written & oral skills.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities will include understanding the features and benefits of all motor vehicles that are available for purchase and being able to communicate this information effectively to potential customers.
- Assists customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. Suggests alternative vehicles if necessary.
- Answering general and detailed questions about particular vehicles and the financial aspects of buying them.
- Helping customers become familiar with the cars they're interested in.
- Helping customers sort out and process their financing and purchase options based on their specific situation.
- Persuading customers to buy a vehicle in a way that leaves them feeling good about their choice
- Reviews and analyses actions at the end of each day, week, month, and year to determine how to better utilize time and plans more effectively.
- Other tasks as assigned.
