Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Captain Waiter at Sigdi Restaurant, located in Surat. The Captain Waiter will oversee dining operations, ensure exceptional customer service, manage table assignments, and coordinate with the kitchen and other staff to provide an outstanding dining experience. The role also involves assisting guests with menu selections, managing special requests, and ensuring high food and service quality standards. Leadership in guiding and mentoring the service team will be a key responsibility.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Customer Service and excellent Communication abilities.
- Expertise in Food & Beverage service and Food Service operations.
- Basic knowledge of Cooking to assist in menu discussions and customer queries.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work gracefully under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in hospitality are a plus.
