Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Captain Waiter. The Captain Waiter will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing food and beverage orders, and supervising the overall dining experience. Daily tasks include welcoming guests, taking orders efficiently, coordinating with the kitchen and service staff, ensuring table cleanliness, and handling customer inquiries. The role requires maintaining a professional and friendly environment that aligns with Pasta Street's commitment to providing high-quality dining experiences.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Service and strong communication skills to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Food & Beverage operations, with a good understanding of food service protocols and standards.
- Knowledge of basic Cooking techniques or familiarity with the Italian menu is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a team, manage time effectively, and handle a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in hospitality or food service is preferred.
