Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Steward/Captain/Hostess position based in Mumbai. The role involves welcoming guests with warmth, managing table assignments, coordinating with the team to ensure smooth food service, and addressing customer needs promptly. The candidate will play an integral role in upholding service standards, assisting with order management, and ensuring an inviting dining space for guests. Additional responsibilities include providing training and guidance to junior staff and collaborating with other team members for seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to create a welcoming and professional environment for guests.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage and Food Service to handle menu clarification, order accuracy, and service standards.
- Experience in providing Training and mentoring staff to uphold operational excellence and team efficiency.
- Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
- Work experience in the hospitality sector is a plus, particularly in dining establishments of a similar scale.
- Ability to multitask, maintain composure under pressure, and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
