Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi for a Captain Waiter. The Captain Waiter will oversee table service, ensure smooth operations on the floor, and address customer needs with professionalism. Duties include supervising waitstaff, taking and correctly relaying orders, managing customer relations, ensuring food service standards, and coordinating with kitchen staff to maintain efficient service delivery.
Qualifications
- Exceptional Customer Service and strong Communication skills to provide a high-quality dining experience and effectively interact with guests and team members.
- Expertise in Food & Beverage service and Food Service operations to ensure smooth and efficient dining room management.
- Basic knowledge of Cooking to facilitate communication and coordination with kitchen staff.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage staff and ensure high standards of service.
- Relevant experience in the food and beverage industry, with prior supervisory roles being an advantage.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
