Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Captain Waiter located in Bengaluru. The Captain Waiter will be responsible for overseeing the dining experience, managing waitstaff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing any issues that arise during service. Day-to-day tasks include taking orders, serving food and beverages, coordinating with the kitchen, and maintaining cleanliness and order in the dining area. The Captain Waiter will also train new staff and uphold the high standards of service set by Biryani Zone.
Qualifications
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
- Proficiency in Food & Beverage service and Food Service skills
- Basic knowledge of Cooking is an advantage
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
