Captain

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru for the role of Captain. The Captain will oversee daily operations of the restaurant floor, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient coordination of team members. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing table service, addressing customer inquiries, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety protocols. The Captain will also monitor inventory, assist in resolving issues, and support team development.

• Strong team management and leadership skills to supervise and motivate staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and teammates
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage table service and maintain service standards
• Basic knowledge of South Indian cuisine and dining culture is a plus
• Experience in customer service or restaurant operations is an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or related certifications are a bonus
