Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Captain, located in Bengaluru. The Captain will oversee the operations of their designated area, ensuring superior guest experiences and staff coordination. Responsibilities include managing service standards, addressing guest requirements promptly, training and supervising team members, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This role requires leadership, communication, and adaptability to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
