Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Captain position based in Bengaluru. As a Captain, you will oversee daily operations and provide excellent client and guest service. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring high service standards, addressing guest queries, and ensuring the seamless functioning of operations in your assigned area. You will also support and train junior staff to maintain service excellence and promote team collaboration.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day restaurant service operations and ensure smooth workflow
Lead, supervise, and support the service team during shifts
Ensure high standards of customer service, hygiene, and presentation
Welcome guests, take feedback, and ensure overall guest satisfaction
Handle customer complaints courteously and resolve issues promptly
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service
Manage table allocations, reservations, and service schedules
Train and guide staff on service standards and operational procedures
Monitor staff performance and maintain discipline on the floor
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company policies
Assist in opening and closing procedures of the restaurant
Skills & RequirementsStrong leadership and communication skills
Good knowledge of food, beverages, and service etiquette
Ability to handle pressure and multitask during peak hours
Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities
Prior experience in a similar role preferred
